Alexandra Motto is a Program Manager on the NYC Tech Team at Uber, focusing on creating initiatives that build and drive a world-class tech site in NYC. From university and NGO relationships, to intern programs, to innovative internal cultural events, Ali executes on critical programs that have a tangible impact in helping Uber to grow its NYC tech presence. Prior to her time at Uber, Ali worked as a Program Manager at Google where she developed and scaled immersive virtual reality and augmented reality experiences and applications. She is based in New York City and before working at Google, she was a Program Manager at Etsy acting as a liaison between Etsy’s community of 25 million users and staff of over 800 employees. She constantly strives to foster development and retention with the products and teams she manages, bringing communities together through online engagement and in-person events while scaling user bases.
