Ami Bhatt 

Ami Bhatt is an Associate General Counsel with McKinsey & Company, where her practice currently focuses on managing and protecting the company’s IP portfolio, including leading its trademark and brand protection strategies.  Prior to joining McKinsey, Ami was an in-house attorney with Take-Two Interactive Software, an interactive entertainment company, where she managed IP, marketing and promotions, and publishing issues across the company’s publishing labels.   She began her career as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm, and then as an intellectual property associate, focused on prosecution, transaction, and enforcement matters.  Ami is passionate about all things at the intersection of technology, creative content, and intellectual property.  She graduated from the Boston University School of Law and obtained her B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University.
