Andrea is the Head of Marketing and Sales for North America at Qualcomm managing global 360° integrated marketing collaborations with OEM customers (including Google, Facebook, Intel, Microsoft, Motorola, Sony Mobile, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Bose, and Fossil) as well as with retail channel partners (such as Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy). In this position, Andrea manages brand / digital campaigns, events, sponsorships, and public relations and has played a vital role driving brand awareness, advocacy and conversion of Snapdragon based products. 

Andrea was previously the Director of Global Partner & Channel Marketing at Qualcomm where she worked closely with OEM customers and retail channel partners to build brand awareness of Snapdragon-powered devices.  Andrea began her career with Qualcomm as the Channel & Sales Operations Marketing Lead for FLO TV leading the launch of Qualcomm’s 1st consumer product. 

Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Marketing, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Law & Economics from the National University of Ireland, Galway. She has also completed an Executive Program in Women’s Leadership and The Emerging CMO Strategic Marketing Leadership program at Stanford Graduate School of Business as well as CMO certificate at Columbia Business School. 

Prior to Qualcomm Andrea worked on the agency side for years and as a Sr Consultant at IBM. 

She serves on the Executive team of the CTIA wireless foundation, is Vice President on the board of ElderHelp of San Diego and on the Executive Leadership team of the American Heart Association.
