Belkis is a Partner in Digital McKinsey, and a global leader in our Agile transformation practice. She has over 20+ years of experience delivering robust solutions and enabling enterprise-wide change.

Her primary mission entails helping large companies innovate with the agility of small start-ups. Her digital expertise lies in Agile at scale transformations, digital transformations and next Gen IT technologies.

During her 20 years with McKinsey, Belkis has coached executives while leading major digital and agile change programs. She has deep knowledge across sectors including Financial services, Insurance, Public Sector, Pharma and Healthcare.

Before joining McKinsey, she led the upgrade of mission-critical enterprise systems at the New York Stock Exchange and held leadership roles with the New York City Law Department and Brooks Brothers.

Belkis has two wonderful children, a 19 year old son and 10 year old daughter who thinks she rules the world 🙂
