Catherine Jardines (PMP, CSM) is an IT Program Director at Ally Financial. She has eight years of Agile experience within the financial services and federal government sectors in various roles, including IT Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Tester and Project/Program/Portfolio management. She has leveraged and implemented approaches across Scrum, Scrumban, and Lean. Catherine’s mindset is servant-leader, with a focus on iteration, partnership, and collaboration. She is based in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and nine year old Border Collie/Lab mix and holds a B.A. in International Relations from American University and a M.P.S. in Technology Management from Georgetown University.
