Josephine Holmboe is the Creative Director and Head of Human Centered Design Practice for Fidelity’s Center of Applied Technology. With over 20 years as a user experience designer, she has lead teams and created designs ranging from responsive applications to full product suites, and established visual languages, data visualizations and design systems for complex data. She currently evangelizes Human Centered Design approaches by facilitating training and workshops around methodologies such as Design Thinking, Visual Think Strategies and practicing Co-Design with strategic partners as a means towards achieving solutions that provide the best user experience possible.
