Justin Hughes, Chief Product Officer at M.M.LaFleur, leads technology development, analytics, and performance marketing. He is passionate about creating thoughtful and engaging experiences for our customers across digital and in-store touch points. In his time with the company, Justin has helped to oversee the launch of M.M.’s Referral Program, as well as scale the company’s version of a subscription service. In his past lives, Justin led Product Design & Development at Trunk Club and Groupon. While at Trunk Club, he scaled the product and data science teams to support the growth of Trunk Club to $200M and through its acquisition by Nordstrom. In his time at Groupon, he was responsible for the launch and expansion of Groupon’s Storefront across 36 countries, while ensuring its continued performance.
