Kristin Boggiano

Kristin Boggiano leads AlphaPoint’s legal, regulatory, and government relations functions globally, and she is a member of AlphaPoint’s executive team. Prior to AlphaPoint, Kristin was a Managing Director with Guggenheim Partners, where she advised on asset management, broker-dealer, and insurance issues. Kristin was also Special Counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel, where she structured complex financial products, launched private businesses, and provided regulatory advice. She also worked at Merrill Lynch on the derivatives desk, beginning her career with roles at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). Kristin is also the founder of Women in Derivatives, Inc. (WIND), a global non-profit with more than 6,000 members and a mission to educate and develop women leaders. She earned her law degree and M.B.A. from Northeastern University and her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College.
