Louisa was named Chief Executive Officer of Extreme Reach in May 2023. A global award-winning leader, she joined ER from Wavemaker, where she served as CEO, The Americas Region. Louisa is a highly respected thought leader, a grounding force in an ever-changing industry, and a champion of female leadership, diversity and inclusion. Louisa was named to the Adweek 50 in 2019 and Constellation Research’s Business Transformation 150 in 2022. In addition, she is the recipient of two prestigious awards from She Runs It – Changing the Game in 2020 and Working Mother of the Year in 2023.

Previously, Louisa was COO at Carat USA and earlier held a number of executive and global positions across the Dentsu Aegis Network in London, Sky, AOL and CNET.
