As Lenovo’s Chief Customer Officer, Marshae Mansfield is North America’s primary
customer advocate and champion. She leads a number of business functions, including
the US Corporate Sales team, Inside Sales team, Sales Enablement and Customer
Experience within North America. She is passionate about her team and constantly
strives to put Lenovo’s customers at the forefront while driving share. Marshae has
been with Lenovo and IBM’s Personal Computer division (acquired by Lenovo) for 24
years in a variety of sales and management roles across the United States.
Marshae obtained her Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University in Raleigh,
NC. She is currently active with the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Girls on the Run
supporting young girls across the triangle, as well as Women in Lenovo Leadership
advocating new opportunities and career development for women in the workplace.
Marshae lives with her husband and three children in Cary, NC.
