Maryne Robin

Native of France, Maryne Robin brought her knowledge and passion for IT to Connecticut and founded her own consultancy, Nantes Solutions in 1999. Her Stamford-based company provided system design and implementation to a broad range of businesses, with a strong focus on Healthcare IT.

Her previous experience included serving as VP of Strategy and Development for U.S. Computer Connection in Stamford; and before that as an IT consultant for Stamford Health. She is now focusing her energy on Cybersecurity Risk Management and awareness training.

She joined Cyberguard360 / Absolute Logic of Wilton, CT as a VP of Operations in May. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences and Math at Sacred Heart University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She also holds certification in Healthcare Cyber Security and ITIL.

She is active in community activities outside the workplace, serving as a Member of the Board of Visitors and on the Advisory Board for Science and Technology for Sacred Heart University’s Jack Welch College of Business. She additionally is a member of the Board of Directors for Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County. She received the Connecticut Technology Council “Women In Innovation” Award in 2015 for her work in Entrepreneurial Innovation and Leadership.

In that same year, she also won the Sacred Heart University Alumni Pioneer Award in recognition of her support for young men and women in the Information Technology field. Continuing her work with aspiring IT professionals she serves as a judge on the SHU Business Idea and Freshman Business Plan Competitions.

She is the author of “is IT killing your Business?” that she wrote to help SMB make the right decision about outsourcing IT. She lives in Stamford since 1996 with her husband and 2 children. She is also a competitive sailor and 4 th degree black belt in Tang Soo Do.
