Melanie Schroder is a senior finance professional with over 10 years of work experience in different roles within the Axel Springer group. In her current roles as Managing Director of Axel Springer Plug and Play and Director Finance and Portfolio of APX, her teams are responsible for a portfolio of 200 companies, from Pre-Seed to Series D. Melanie is passionate about supporting startups along their way from finding the courage to start their own company, to getting started with the right investors and supporting them on their path to growth.
