Molly Vannucci is a Senior Partner in IBM Consulting responsible for the strategy and
enablement of the Business Transformation Services business globally. Brimming with
curiosity, ambition, and relentless energy Molly brings over 15 years of consulting
experience and has held various leadership roles across the US and Globally. She
is known for launching and growing new businesses, driving inorganic strategy
and execution, and leading people and culture programs.

Molly is passionate about giving back and an avid supporter of diversity and
inclusion. She is the Co-Leader of the Women at IBM NYC group, a member of IBM’s
Women’s Executive Council and was a key member of several IBM policy change
initiatives including IBM’s Menstrual Support Policy, family leave policy changes, and a
co-author of IBM’s Work from Home Pledge during COVID-19. She is an alumni board
member at W.O.M.E.N. in America, “Big Sister” and Vice President of the Junior Board
at Bigs & Littles NYC Mentoring, on the Board of Directors at Waner Kids Foundation,
and an Advisory Board member for the Department of Management and International
Business at Loyola University Maryland.

Prior to IBM, Molly worked within the Investment Bank and Treasury Services group at
JPMorgan Chase as part of a rotational management-training program. She was also
selected to join GE’s premier marketing development program for high potential MBAs.
She holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global
Management, a BBA in International Business and Finance from Loyola University
Maryland and completed Executive Education Programs at Harvard Business School
and INSEAD.

When she isn’t traveling–as much for fun as for work–Molly lives in New York City, and
is drawn to the outdoors, whether she’s exploring the city with her “little sister”, on the
golf course, trail riding, or spending time with friends and family.
