
Sarah Fair is the Founder and Vice President of Sales for The Fair Group, a real
estate team within William Raveis Real Estate, the top ranked family-owned real
estate company in the Northeast and the No. 9 real estate company in the country,
according to REAL Trends. The FAIR Group has surpassed over $200 million in
sales and are Platinum Level (top 2.3% of company-wide) at William Raveis Real
Estate. The FAIR Group is consistently recognized as the top producing team
within their office located in lower Fairfield County, CT.
Sarah obtained her real estate license to manage a family transaction with no intent
of pursuing a career in real estate. Before long, she closed her first deal and was
hooked not only by the financial and business acumen required, but also by the
emotional involvement that selling residential real estate entails – it’s selling a
commodity with a heart!
By 2009, Sarah was selling real estate full time and needed support to handle the
commitment, but more importantly, to grow her business in an industry, like so
many others, incurred transformative changes due to technology. She partnered
with two women and formed The FAIR Group which takes a collaborative
approach to buying and selling real estate.
The FAIR Group is committed to finding new, innovative marketing techniques
and utilizing emerging technology to buy or sell homes quickly with the greatest
return for their clients. Leveraging their backgrounds in finance, marketing and

Sarah is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Consolidated Multiple
Listing Service, CT Association of Realtors and the Cape and Islands Association
of Realtors. Designations include Certified Homeowners Professional, Luxury
Property and Relocation Specialist.
Sarah is a ’89 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross having received a BA in
Economics. Immediately after, Sarah worked for JP Morgan Chase and its
predecessors in Private Banking and Wealth Management. For the past 25 years,
Sarah has lived in Westport, CT with her husband, Matt, raising their four
children and has been actively involved in her community through athletics and
several philanthropies.
