Stephanie Latham is the Head of the Technology vertical at Facebook, where she helps marketers and agencies navigate the changing digital landscape and propels advertising success for her clients. With a deep understanding of how important Facebook is to consumer, enterprise and B2B technology, Stephanie works to advance the vertical to be one of the largest industries within the Facebook Global Sales Organization.
Joining Facebook in 2011, she previously held leadership positions on the Automotive, Retail, Financial Services and Restaurants teams. Throughout her tenure at Facebook, she has served as a critical connection to product managers and engineers, working closely with both teams to deliver cross-platform solutions that help brands drive positive business results.
Prior to Facebook, Stephanie spent more than 10 years on the creative agency side of the business. She was the Executive Director of Account Services at the Barbarian Group, managing the GE, CNN and Google accounts. She also spent several years at Ogilvy & Mather, supporting the Unilever and Kraft Foods businesses.
In addition to her work at Facebook, Stephanie is dedicated to mentoring, sponsoring and supporting women to achieve their ambitions. Combining her expertise in advertising and this passion for championing women, she is one of the executive sponsors of the Women@Facebook group, responsible for advising the creation of programming that helps over 8,000 professionals form their career paths. She has been recognized by AWNY and AdWeek as a Working Mother of the Year and as a breast cancer survivor, she is a passionate supporter of the cause.
Stephanie received her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Virginia. While she is an East Coaster at heart, she currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children.
