The tech industry evolves so quickly it can make your head spin. Just look at recent developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning. It felt as if the market flooded with related jobs nearly overnight, so it can be scary to be pigeonholed in a very specific skill set. What if I become obsolete? What if I can’t keep up? What if the next time I need to hunt for a new role, there aren’t any that apply to me? So many questions that lead to insecurity and anxiety on top of what we already deal with day-to-day.
