Melissa leads Accenture’s Automation program in North America focused on optimizing processes, eradicating waste, and injecting automation in Technology Delivery. She is also responsible for the successful deployment of Accenture’s Intelligent Automation Platform (myWizard) to support all North America clients. Melissa specializes in Delivery Optimization for all types of services with a focus on alignment with business value. Throughout her 25 year career with Accenture, Melissa has successfully led multiple complex, large scale delivery efforts.
