Marianne has led a global team supporting IBMs Global Real Estate unit focused on creating
dynamic workplaces that deliver exceptional experiences to inspire our clients and IBMers to be
their best. She has lead real estate’s response to the pandemic from the beginning as employees
were sent home and now as IBM brings our employees back safely with new ways of working.

Marianne supports IBM’s Global Real Estate team by providing world class solutions for
contracts/sourcing solutions, tools and technology, data metrics and reporting, process
engineering, and training and education. Previously Marianne was a global business controls
manager supporting IBM’s global real estate organization focusing on compliance and risk
management. In this capacity, she specialized in process development and identification and
assessment of key controls indicators and outsourcing and contract management. In addition, she
has had previous experience in human resources, specializing in college and professional
recruiting for finance and accounting positions

Marianne has been passionate about women supporting women and began the Global Women of
Real Estate Group in IBM to foster opportunities, networking and support. She was pleased to
be part of the global initiative to have free menstrual products in IBM’s restrooms.

Marianne is retiring from IBM at the end of this year after a long career and looks forward to
beginning to new adventures with her husband and family while also continuing to be actively
involved in women’s support and mentoring initiatives.
