She is a respected authority in customer relationship management, a published author and frequent speaker at many global events. She serves on multiple non-profit boards focused on education. 

Seema is an adjunct professor and teaches in the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University. She earned her MBA from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Sciences from BITS, Pilani.
