Veronica Wolters studied Information Technology at the Duale Hochschule Mannheim and at Staffordshire University. She is Managing Director at Accenture Cloud First Design for ASGR and Global Cloud Advisory Lead. At European level she is leading Accenture’s CLOUD F1RST Strategy. Besides her business role at Accenture, Veronica is a proud mom of two children.
During her 17-year career at Accenture, Veronica has built profound expertise in Cloud Operating Models, Cloud Governance and Cloud Strategy and has deep knowledge in ITIL Service management, large scale Project Management and Carve out and Merger Execution.
Veronica’s passion is to create value by reducing cost and eliminating tech dept, increase business agility, evolve to a data driven enterprise and create new experiences and revenue streams by the power of Cloud capabilities.
Her vision is to enable customers to unleash the full potential from their cloud journey with innovative, value-driven and tailor-made solutions. By joining forces of Business Agility, Infrastructure Strategy and Application & Enterprise Architecture Accenture designs and builds the lean, agile, cloud-native enterprises of the future.
Veronica is convinced that talent and passion is as important as skills. For this reason, she highly encourages career starters to bring their talent and passion to Accenture. Starting in October 2021 Cloud First Design will focus on developing and training tech skills by rolling-out two major programs to guide and support young talents on their tech journey with Accenture – A dual study program “Cloud Strategy” at the Duale Hochschule Mannheim and the Accenture Cloud First Design Trainee Program for graduates. Both programs offer valuable insights into an end-to-end Cloud strategy, as well as into the working environment of Accenture with clear career tracks at Accenture.
