Amy is a passionate, driven and multi-disciplinary executive with 20 years of experience and a proven track record in developing business partnerships, leading strategic business units, and developing highly-effective teams. For the last 10 years, Amy has served in numerous leadership roles at Fitbit, a company that pioneered the wearable category and is a leader in wearable devices, with more than 70 million devices sold since its inception.

As one of Fitbit’s first employees, Amy has played a pivotal role helping the company scale quickly using her skills in direct and channel sales, business development, product, marketing and customer success. Amy built Fitbit’s original Group Health division (now Fitbit Health Solutions) from the ground-up. Through developing strong relationships with employers, health plans and health systems, Amy is advancing innovative ways to integrate wearables into healthcare management and supporting better health outcomes.

Fitbit Health Solutions develops health and wellness solutions to increase engagement, improve health outcomes, and drive a positive return for employers, health plans and health systems. Fitbit Health Solutions currently works with more than 1,700 employer customers and 100 health plans, has 6.8 million members connected to population health platforms, and 720+ peer-reviewed studies have been published using Fitbit devices.
