
Diane Rogerson is Director of Information Technology (IT) Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC). In addition to managing Global Chase Consumer & Community Banking IT Risk & Controls and Cyber Security, Diane also manages Identity & Access Management, Vulnerability Management and Chase Security Operations.
Prior to this role, Diane was Infrastructure Chief Technology Officer, managing the CCB Technology shared services for Performance Testing & Engineering, Application Monitoring and Capacity Management across CCB’s applications
and infrastructure.
In her more than 22 years at Chase, Diane has managed the technology organizations supporting Production Assurance, Disaster Recovery, Card Database & Server Infrastructure and centralized IT Quality Assurance & Testing. Additionally, she formerly managed the centralized IT Program Office and Change Management teams.
Diane transitioned to Technology from Finance in 1995 when she started her career at Chase. Before joining Chase, Diane was an auditor for Price Waterhouse, LLC, supporting mutual fund and real estate clients in New York and Philadelphia. Diane has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Delaware and she received her Certified Public Accountant license in 1994.
Diane lives in Newark, Delaware with her husband and kids, and enjoys running and competing in triathlons. You’ll also find her volunteering for multiple non-profit organizations in the community.
