Ms. Ivy Ho is a technology executive with 30 plus years experience in software development and led multiple tens of million-dollar technology transformation programs. As Vice President of Technology at FINRA since 2010, she leads software delivery of a diverse portfolio of applications for FINRA’s internal users and external stakeholders including financial firms, SEC, other regulators and the public.

Ms. Ho began her career as a software engineer and assumed increasing responsibility as software architect, project and program manager, and 5 years as a principle consultant working with multiple large corporate clients in delivering innovative technology solutions to drive business strategy.
