Jessica Madrid grew up in boutique digital agencies in the late ‘90s and early 2000s finding herself at the advent of ecommerce. Jessica worked with brands like Ralph Lauren, J Crew, Ann Taylor, and several Estée Lauder Companies brands to design and develop some of their first ecommerce websites. The passion and excitement of being at a new frontier led her to take a role as an early hire in the ELC Online organization. For the past 12 years she has helped build the global production organization and more recently, she serves as VP of Global Product Development, leading the team a product development team responsible for new feature design, enhancement and optimization on the company’s custom global ecommerce platform. The platform currently supports sixteen brands and 240+ ecommerce stores around the world. Her focus has been to develop a customer experience that mirrors the luxury principles of the EL Company brands using innovative technology and leveraging modern product development processes.
