Laura A. Clayton McDonnell

Laura A. Clayton McDonnell is the Vice President, Enterprise Sales for the East Region of ServiceNow. Prior to ServiceNow, Laura was the Vice President of Microsoft’s New York Region, focused on driving positive results, growing market share, developing high performance teams, and transforming customers and culture. She has extensive sales management and legal experience and has held executive-level positions at leading companies in the high technology industry: SVP, North America Sales at Aspect Software; Vice President, Strategic Services, IBM; Vice President, Business Development, Rational Software; various senior sales and legal roles at Sun Microsystems, Cisco and Apple; and was in private corporate and securities law practice. Laura received a BS “with distinction” from San Jose State University, and a JD-MBA, from the University of California, at Berkeley. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of California, and received the 2008 YWCA Silicon Valley Tribute to Women Award. Laura is a Board Member of the Women’s Forum of New York, serving on the Membership and Social Media Committees; an Advisory Committee Member of the 92Y’s Belfer Center for Innovation and Social Impact; and a Board Member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.
