Melissa Halfon is the Lead Software Engineer at Fairygodboss. She started her career at the U.S. Army and later moved into the financial industry building trading strategies for a $600 million dollar hedge fund. She is also co-founder and former CTO of an education startup focused on advancing equity in computer science.
