Michelle Luft is Senior Vice President, Senior Director of Operations for FactSet’s Research Solutions Strategic Business Unit. Michelle is a people-focused and results-driven leader whose responsibilities include P&L ownership, revenue and cost forecasting, workforce planning, defining the business’ long-term strategy, and aligning team members across the organization to execute on the SBU’s goals.

Since joining FactSet in 2003, Michelle has held various roles in Client Solutions, Sales, Product Development, and Operations. Prior to joining FactSet, Michelle was an Investment Banking analyst at CIBC World Markets.

Michelle lives in NYC with her husband, two daughters, and new puppy.
