Effective in rapid change environments, some examples of my accomplishments include:

  • Developed an award-winning leadership development and retention program for African American (AA) employees.
  • Created Intel’s African American Leadership Conference.
  • Co-developed well-received workforce agility proposal.
  • Increased key talent retention of under-represented minorities (URM) and women.
  • Turned around impact of Intel’s Black Leadership Council and the Black Employee Resource Group (ERG).
