Stephanie DePalma
Stephanie DePalma is an engineering design manager at GE Additive where she is responsible for driving customer and industry additive adoption through disruptive design. As part of the AddWorksTM team Stephanie works with customers to help them understand additive manufacturing, develop cost models and business cases, evolve product roadmaps for additive adoption, and identify design solutions to ensure increased product performance.
Stephanie began her career with GE in 2014 with the Aviation business working as a materials and process engineer focused on industrializing indirect additive techniques for the investment casting process. While there Stephanie served as a project leader for a breakout additive technology and led a cross-functional team of materials, machine, software, and process technologies to form a robust and industrialized solution for a high-volume additive process. Prior to joining GE, Stephanie worked for Deceuninck North America as a materials and process engineer for PVC extrusion in the fenestration industry. She then worked for Cornerstone Research Group as a research engineer for aerospace and defense contracts.
Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
