Winnie Li is a Senior Director for MUFG, leading Core Banking Transformation – Data Provisioning Lead and Leading a cross-functional data provisioning team of 60+ employees and consultants to support the Bank’s Technology Transformation initiative to modernize the aging Core Banking Systems for MUFG Bank. Building the infrastructure and defining the architecture with the exceptional data engineering standards to ingest the data from the new core banking systems.

Winnie’s broad-based experience in data management and business analytics, along with proven adeptness in project portfolio management and IT financial planning. Expert at overseeing operational strategies; coordinating team efforts; and leading corporate-wide project implementations. Armed with excellent critical problem-solving aptitudes in formulating customized solutions and executing process improvements to consistently achieve organizational goals and objectives.
