The last two years haven’t been easy on anyone. Covid-19 propelled businesses of all sizes into turmoil, and 2021 proved to be one of the most challenging years many have ever faced. From lockdowns and social distancing to job security fears and the loss of loved ones, the pandemic continues to have a significant impact on us.

A 2020 survey by MIND found that 60% of adults in the U.K. admitted their mental health deteriorated during the pandemic. According to Pew Research findings from 2021, one-fifth of U.S. adults experienced high levels of psychological distress when the pandemic entered its second year.
